Blue Mountains Builder

Blue Mountains Builder

Damir’s passion is building architectural homes that out-perform conventional homes

Building in the Blue Mountains often means building in bushfire zones and/or land on a slope which need specialist building skills and knowledge. Complying with council requirements and building on tricky zones and land isn’t for any home builder.

You can rely on a building designer or architect to get your plans approved, although having an experienced team is vital.

A great team includes architects / building designers, builders, engineers, tradespeople.

Can they build the same style as you want and have over 20 years’ experience?

Your Dream Home Builder in the Blue Mountains

Imagine being warm in winter and cool in summer.

The winters in the Blue Mountains can get very chilly, so we like to include a fireplace that is super energy efficient and warms the home, making it cosy and stylish.

The Blue Mountains is a cold climate, as soon as you go up Bodington Hill at Wentworth Falls (the pot shop is at the top of it), the climate changes to one of a very cold climate. The climate is very different from Glenbrook to Blackheath. Glenbrook, Blaxland, Linden, Winmalee, Springwood, Faulconbridge, Woodford up to Lawson and Hazelbrook are all fairly temperate. From Wentworth Falls the winters are longer and colder. When you get back down to Lithgow and Hartley the temperatures change again and aren’t as cold as Blackheath, Mount Victoria or Katoomba.

This home was a knockdown rebuild. Damir’s philosophy is to build healthy, comfortable and durable homes that will last 100 years.
